Open Rosary

My Catholic clergy advisors and teachers encouraged me to use the rosary in the way that worked for me, as well as to use the traditional prayers and forms.
Here I am presenting one version of mine that has helped me in prayer and meditation.

Sometimes it is important to just ask.
Supplication is where prayer starts, a desire for Truth, Love, God, Angelic connections, a call for help, however you see or feel it.
It is increasingly more important to affirm, because of the speed in which our minds now affect our experience. It is important to affirm God’s goodness as already active and present, and to affirm our health and well being as already real.

Using only supplication without affirmation leaves us in a state of always waiting, and striving, when in reality God’s goodness is always active and our needs are known by God, Source, Creator, Father-Mother, our Angels, before we are even aware of what we lack.

In this Open Rosary I am using some of the traditional prayers, with some adaptation, and also leaving space so that you can explore completely your own versions of those prayers.
in the spaces between each prayer you can write notes, alternative prayers, and whatever may come naturally from God, your higher aspect, as a digression that is important for you to follow at any moment.

Open Rosary
On the crucifix
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,

(making the sign of the cross from forehead, heart, left shoulder, right shoulder) As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen

On the first bead

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Or an affirmative version

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy Kingdom is come, Thy Will is done, on earth as it is in heaven. You give us each day our daily bread, and you forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. You lead us not into temptation, and you deliver us from evil. Amen

Some denominations add
For Thine is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, now and forever. Amen

On the second bead

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and in the hour of our death. Amen

I sometimes end with
Holy Mary, mother of all, pray for us children now and always. Amen
or the affirmative
Holy Mary mother of all, you pray for us children now and always. Amen

Do the same prayer to Mary on the next two beads. You can add any prayers that come to you in between the beads.

In the large space before the fifth bead

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen

Do the sign of the cross again.

Still in the space before the fifth bead……

Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell.
Please lead all souls to heaven, especially those who are most in need of Thy mercy

Amen

Or an affirmative version
Oh my Jesus, you forgive us our sins, you save us from the fires of hell, you lead all souls to heaven, especially those who are most in need of your mercy. Amen

On the sixth bead begin again with the Our Father.
On the seventh bead and all ten in that section, pray the Hail Mary.
In the space before the 15 th bead, pray the Glory Be, and Oh My Jesus.
Continue through all the beads.
You may digress into your own additional supplications, and affirmations as you feel guided, and return to the regular prayers for a time to let each digression settle.
You may see in your consciousness or feel the prayers being answered and fulfilled.

For the sign of the cross you can substitute the words

Father…Life, Power, Kingdom..and visualize the color blue which is the color of God’s Will and Power

Son……Truth, Wisdom, Power, and visualize the color yellow which is the color of the Christ Truth

Holy Spirit…Love, Glory,..and visualize pink, the color of the divine feminine

The words Life, Truth, and Love, are used by Mary Baker Eddy, discoverer and founder of Christian Science, as the synonyms for God.
In the I Am Presence books, by Godfre Ray King, the words Power, Wisdom, and Love are used as synonyms of God.
